Meet your professional local guide and driver at your hotel in Innsbruck and board your luxurious minivan. Your journey then takes you on a scenic route through the Austrian states of Tyrol and Salzburg to the Bavarian Alps with Berchtesgaden
and Eagle’s Nest as top highlight of this full day private tour from Innsbruck.
Make a photo stop in a Tyrolean village and marvel at the beautiful Kaiser Mountains. Once in the Bavarian town of Berchtesgaden, you will have time to enjoy a Bavarian specialty for lunch.
After lunch you will take a short drive from Berchtesgaden to the Obersalzberg. From that historical point we will access the Eagle’s Nest with special busses and elevator. You will have 2 hours at the Eagle’s Nest, time to get many ever-memorable pictures. The very scenic view to the Bavarian Mountains, the King’s lake (Koenigssee) and the surrounding area of Salzburg will be an everlasting memory of your holiday.
After returning from the Kehlsteinhaus, you will learn more about the history and visit the Hotel zum Türken, the ruins of the Berghof and other World War II sites, all located in the Obersalzberg area.
